Along the Dwarka Expressway, Sector 109 is a developing neighbourhood flanked by other developing neighbourhoods and a few villages. These include Pawala Khasrupur, Sector 106, 108, 110, 112, and Babupur Village. The sector is primarily made up of residential constructions, primarily high-rise apartments and villas. Residential developments that are both finished and yet under construction are mixed together. Leading developers including Sobha, ATS, and Raheja are well-represented in this market.
